ACU are seeking a committed and progressive professional, capable of providing leadership, direction and operational management to three student service areas encompassing Career Development, Counselling & Disability and the Student Enrichment teams.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Vice-Chancellor, you will lead a geographically dispersed national team that supports the participation and engagement of students in University life and mission, and in alignment with the strategic vision, mission and goals of the University.
To be successful, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and be able to demonstrate your executive leadership in student and/or educational administration and management. As a highly skilled communicator and relationship manager, key to your success will be your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to achieve strategic and operational outcomes. This national role requires innovative vision for student engagement and participation within the Catholic identity and mission of Australian Catholic University in the twenty-first century.
