Service Central provides all ACU staff members with a single, central location (phone and online portal) for accessing services and service information. Service Central staff are committed to providing exceptional customer service through various communication and service delivery channels across a very broad range of services, including Human Resources, IT, Facilities and more.

Total remuneration valued to $81,751 - $88,588 pa, including salary component $69,081 - $74,858 pa (Higher Education Worker Level 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
