The Centre for Sustainable HRM and Well-being resides within the Peter Faber Business School of the Faculty of Law and Business, Australian Catholic University (ACU). The Centre explores scholarly themes in the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisational Behaviour (OB) domain through the lens of cultural, social, psychological and ethical enquiry. Closely aligned with ACU’s mission in the pursuit of knowledge, the dignity of the human person and the common good, the Centre contributes to world-leading research across a range of interlinked research themes.
The Research Associate will contribute to research outcomes while supported by mentors and will demonstrate promise in areas of research relevant to the Centre.
As a Research Fellow, you will have a record of recognised scholarly work in addition to a proven capability to make a significant contribution to research in Organisational Behaviour and / or Human Resource Management).

Total remuneration for a Research Associate is valued to AU$77,031 – AU$104,538 pa including salary component AU$65,092 - AU$88,336 pa (Academic Classification Level A), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Total remuneration for a Research Fellow is valued to AU$114,172 – AU$134,629 pa including salary component AU$96,477 - AU$113,908 pa (Academic Classification Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
